To make a Hot Pot Chiang-Mai-style you need a hot stove, broth cooked with thai herbs, |
a selection of ingredients - |
from which you choose your favourites. |
You also need some chili sauce - to spice it all up! |
Now they have chopped your choosen ingredients, |
you put them in the pot and cook for some minutes. |
Last comes morning glory, fresh vegetables and herbs - thai basil and coriander! |
Ready to eat! |
