Cooking school

To make a Hot Pot Chiang-Mai-style you need a hot stove, broth cooked with thai herbs,

a selection of ingredients -

from which you choose your favourites.

You also need some chili sauce - to spice it all up! 

Now they have chopped your choosen ingredients,

you put them in the pot and cook for some minutes.

Last comes morning glory,  fresh vegetables and herbs - thai basil and coriander!

Ready to eat!

"Fish" what you like to your bowl and eat with rice, or noodles if you prefer.

Even children like it!

A restaurant in Thailand without TV is like tea without honey!

After a wonderful meal, of course, you go for dessert!

Tonight we offer a lovely "japanese style crepe" made on a special stove (but at home you can use a thin pancake) add cut banana and chocolate sauce, heat it up. It tastes better with melted banana and hot chocolate.
